My child had otoplaty performed by Dr. Bartsch. The results are excellent and far exceed our expectations. Dr. Bartsch explained the procedure and took the time to answer all our questions. (He was not even slightly annoyed when I asked the same questions 10 times.) He had a wonderful way with my child so that on the day of the operation he was able to help her relax and feel comfortable. The entire process could not have been better. The staff at his office are wonderful. Everything was well organised. Most importantly, the results are really fantastic. We highly recommend Dr. Rolf Bartsch for otoplasty.
